Crystal vases from Freeman Glassware are all hand-made
from fine crystal. They are carefully packed and sent free of charge--to
over 60 countries--from Prague, Czech Republic.
CRYSTAL GLASS VASES
Based on techniques built over centuries of glass making, we
divide our products into two basic categories; Blown
Glass Vases and Cut Crystal
Vases.
Technically, most all hand-made glass vases are mouth blown--
glass that's worked start to finish right at the kiln. Cut
crystal vases, including cased crystal, are later
embelished
by hand cutting and polishing.
DECORATIVE VASES BY SHAPE AND SIZE
if you have a particular style in mind, we divide our selection
based on classic shapes and sizes.
Some of our large
vases are
truly grand and ready to hold splendid bouquets--50 roses are
no problem. But we also have fine
small vases, suitable for your night-table or bookshelf,
allowing the display of a tiny bouquet of spring
violets
or a
single
bloom.
FLOWER VASES BY BOUQUET TYPES
Starting with the small but popular bud
vases, we categorize
our product line by the type of bouquet or flower arrangement anticipate. Flower
Bouquet Vases are
naturally the largest category. But if your preference is for a
stunning centerpiece or vase
for a flower arrangment that hides stems or the florist's
foam base, you can find these here as well.
COLORED GLASS VASES
Czech crystal artisans love colors and so do our customers. Don't
limt your choices to clear.
The finest glass is colored by adding special
metal
compounds, up to and including including gold (that produces a
deep ruby)..
We divide the popular blue tones into blue-green
teal,
strikingly royal cobalt
blue and deep
navy blue. Our green vases include
deep and the lighter, fresher spring green. Red and purple are
both unusual and rich, the colors of the kings.
And, should you be unable to decide, there are multi
colored glass vases or that ultimate classics--a black
vase.
ART GLASS AT ITS BEST
All our vases are hand-made and finished by craftsmen who draw
on centuries of Czech glassmaking. We specialize in modern and contemporary
designs--there is a difference. Some of the modern designs
actually go back to the 1930's and 40's and have a tradition belonging
to their own history. We also carry the cherished traditional
designs suitable for interiors
furnished with contemporary clean lines to the finest antiques.
