Besides being beautiful, a colored glass vase has
one major benefit. It elegantly, yet unobtrusively, hides the flower
stems.

Choose cased crystal
in colors from deep ruby, across the span of greens and yellows,
to
that
all-time
favorite,
cobalt
blue. "Cased" means twice-blown. First, the stunning outer
color, then another layer of clear crystal, blown inside and
wedded to the frst. By hand (always by hand, as in everything
we produce),
master cutters inscribe the pattern, cutting through color to
the clear and lustrous beauty inside. The reult is something
that can't
be achieved by any other method.
Applied color brngs blower and glass-master together in work that
shows the almost imperceptable difference that define 'hand-crafted.'
The vase, of course, is always hand-blown. Other adornment, perhaps
an edgeline, a swirl, anything that's 'exterior' to the main piece,
may be applied in its molten condition. Thus wedded to the main
piece, extraordinary results can be expected.
